The pages and blog articles on this website describe how building design and approvals usually work in Qatar. Requirements change, and they depend on the plot, the building type and the authority. Nothing here is advice on your specific project. Appoint us, or another licensed consultancy, before you rely on anything for a real building.

No guarantee of approval

Permits and approvals are decided by the authorities. We prepare and submit complete, coordinated drawings and answer every comment, but no consultancy can guarantee an approval or a date.

Our services

Services are provided under a written fee proposal and agreement between you and Taj Design Consultancy. That agreement, not this website, sets out the scope, fees and responsibilities.

Content and drawings

The text, drawings and graphics on this site belong to Taj Design Consultancy unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages. Please do not copy the content for commercial use without our permission. Drawings shown as illustrations are not real project drawings.
