Short version: we only receive what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you and to carry out your project, and we do not sell it.
Who we are
This website is run by Taj Design Consultancy, 14th Floor, Al Jazeera Tower, West Bay, Doha, Qatar. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
What we collect
We receive the details you send us: your name, phone number, and what you tell us about your project. When you send the enquiry form on this site, those details are stored in our website's secure database so our team can reply. Only Taj staff can see them.
- Enquiries by WhatsApp, email, phone or in person
- Documents you give us for a project, such as title deeds, IDs and drawings
- CVs sent to our careers address
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The staff admin area uses one sign-in cookie, which visitors never receive. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a fee proposal, carry out the services you appoint us for, and meet our legal and professional obligations.
Who we share it with
When you appoint us, we submit project documents to the authorities that must review them, such as the Ministry of Municipality, Qatar Civil Defence, Kahramaa and Ashghal. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are in contact with you and delete them on request. We keep project records for as long as professional and legal requirements oblige us to. CVs are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected]. We handle personal information in line with Qatar's personal data privacy law.
