Work with us in West Bay, Doha
We hire people who draw accurately, know the Qatar authorities, and take responsibility for their part of the set.
Roles we hire for
We regularly look for people in these disciplines. If there is no open role today, send your CV anyway and we will keep it on file.
- Architects and architectural designers
- Structural engineers
- MEP engineers: mechanical, electrical and plumbing
- Interior designers
- Draughtspeople for as-built and shop drawings
- Building permit coordinators with experience of Qatar authority submissions
What you would work on
Our work runs from villas in Doha to towers in West Bay, factories in Mesaieed, fit-outs in malls and offices, and master plans for larger sites. Most projects carry through from the first drawings to the authority approvals, so you see your own drawings answered, corrected and issued.
Teams are small and each discipline sits with the others, so an architect, a structural engineer and an MEP engineer work on the same set rather than passing files between offices.
What helps your application
Experience in Qatar matters most, especially with Ministry of Municipality, Qatar Civil Defence, Kahramaa and Ashghal submissions.
- A short CV with your Qatar or GCC experience first
- A portfolio or sample drawings you produced yourself
- Your current visa status and notice period
- The role you are applying for in the email subject line
What each role involves
A short guide to what we expect in each discipline.
- Architects: concept layouts through to permit and construction sets, checked against the plot's planning rules.
- Structural engineers: analysis and detailing from foundations to superstructure, to the Qatar Construction Specifications.
- MEP engineers: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage and fire protection, coordinated with the architecture before submission.
- Draughtspeople: measured site surveys turned into accurate as-built and shop drawings.
- Permit coordinators: submissions and follow-up with the Ministry of Municipality, Qatar Civil Defence, Kahramaa and Ashghal.
